Bryan Komornik

Bryan Komornik is a Director (Partner) with West Monroe Partners and a member of the Healthcare practice leading their national healthcare management offerings. He has over 12 years of strategy and information technology experience helping healthcare organizations through complex, transformational initiatives that deliver tangible value.

Bryan focuses on helping his healthcare clients shape and drive their strategic initiatives while also managing and executing complex, transformational projects. Over the course of his career, Bryan has built an accomplished track record in the areas of health care management (HCM) and payer “middle office” strategy and solution implementation, IT value realization, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, operational optimization and complex engagement delivery. He is also a successful program leader and manager with proven skills in large-scale systems integration, application design, and implementation management and delivery.

Bryan applies these skills to help healthcare clients shape and drive their strategic initiatives as well as manage and execute intricate transformation projects in order to adapt to the changing marketplace. Bryan joined West Monroe Partners in 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Invoyent, LLC, a healthcare business and technology consultancy for which he was a senior manager. Previously, Bryan was in the System Integration practice of Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on helping public sector clients meet the demands of healthcare reform. He began his career with BearingPoint, Inc., as a consultant in the Public Sector Technology practice.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Business Legal Studies from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.

Bryan also serves as a Director and Board Member of the Christopher Steele Foundation, a non-profit that focuses on building awareness and raising funds to support brain cancer research at Northwestern Memorial Hospital as well as provide annual scholarships to help students pursue their goals of higher education.

When Bryan isn’t helping his clients or communities, he’s actively chasing around his 2-year old twin boys, or his rescue dogs. He also enjoys traveling with his wife, Rachel…especially if it’s to Maui.
